Our Foreign Trade division comprises the departments Import Planing Mills, Import Brokers and Agents, Overseas Timber, and Import Plywood. We always keep our member companies up to date on topics ranging from customs duties to plant protection to the European Timber Regulation.

The Raw Timber Trade division acts as a broker between forest owners and the various buyer groups for raw timber and energy timber. GD Holz supports its members during structural transformation and serves as a spokesperson representing the interests of the industry during discussions with political and economic leaders.

The member companies of the Veneer Trade division include primarily veneer factories, veneer production traders, veneer traders, and timber traders who carry veneers in their product line. GD Holz offers support with market analyses, general legal conditions, standards, trends, and many other topics.
